Our Story
I’m a California CCW license holder. Like many people, I struggled to find a comfortable and truly concealed way to carry. I tried tactical belts, IWB holsters, and OWB holsters. They caused back pain, pulled my pants down, and worst of all, left me constantly worrying about printing. Pocket carry finally gave me comfort and balance—but the grip of my firearm still printed. Even though printing isn’t illegal, the anxiety of being noticed defeated the purpose of concealed carry. I searched for a solution designed specifically to stop pocket carry grip printing. None existed. So I created one.
After real-world testing and multiple prototypes, the Convert-A-Shield was born. It is a simple, purpose-built solution. It is designed to remove pocket carry printing without adding bulk or discomfort. Because concealed carry should feel confident, comfortable, and truly concealed.
